  • Standard delivery times: 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to selected international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import laws before purchasing.

  • VitaPrime Elite is not responsible for delays, duties, taxes, or products held/rejected by customs in the destination country.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional terms (details shown at checkout).

5. Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

7. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If you select “Authority to Leave” at checkout, the courier may leave the parcel unattended at your address.

  • VitaPrime Elite is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

8. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

  • We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.

  • Availability for international orders depends on the destination country’s postal system.

International Shipping

Longer shipping times may occur due to your countries customs office.

In the event that your delivery is paused, held by customs, missing, stolen please contact your countries postal system or customs office to see if the order is within their possession. Once your enquiry has been confirmed we can then enquire with Auspost or other courier to investigate further.

Reimbursements of orders will only be processed once the package has been returned to us or in the event it is lost, stolen, missing, the postal service has reimbursed our company.

Please note: each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser.
